内容摘要:秘书是人际关系的中介点,起着上下沟通、内外联系的作用,是企业对内对外沟通协调的枢纽。职场上,秘书的职业形象既能体现个人的工作魅力,也代表着秘书行业或秘书人员所在企业的整体形象。本文就秘书的职业形象作了分析,指出认识秘书职业形象中的常见误区,并从外在形象、品德修养、专业能力和知识结构这四大方面提出了个人的想法。希望秘书人员可以通过本文科学地认识秘书的职业形象,充分发挥出职业形象的价值。

Abstract: Secretaries are the intermediary of interpersonal relationship who play a pivotal role in both up-down and internal-external communication and coordination of enterprises. In the workplace, secretaries’ professional image can not only reflect one’s charisma, but also represent the corporate identity of the enterprises that the secretaries work for. This paper makes an overall analysis on the professional image of secretaries, pointing out some common misunderstanding in recognizing secretaries’ professional image and putting forward my own ideas in terms of the external image, morality and cultivation, professional competence and knowledge structure. I hope secretarial staffs can have a scientific understanding on secretaries’ professional image from this paper and give full play to the value of their professional image.
