摘 要:近些年来,民营经济在GDP中的比重呈逐年上升趋势,可以说民营经济的发展是社会进步的基石,然而,与民营经济整体上升相对应的,是我国的民营企业平均寿命不过2.9年,严重低于世界平均水平,究其原因,从根本上说是绝大部分的民营企业缺少其真正的核心竞争力。而针对我国民营企业核心竞争力的制约因素,一些专家学者做过相关讨论、研究,也纷纷献计献策,都从于国于企的角度提出了相应策略。相对而言,本文另辟蹊径,抛开政策、环境等宏观因素,以美国著名管理学者加里·哈默尔和普拉哈拉德的核心竞争力理论为基础,从企业经营中的传统观念着手,从“以市场为导向”、“企业文化”两个方面分别提出了企业经营过程中制约其核心竞争力发展的“错误”观念想法,并提出相关案例,论证某些传统观念的不可取之处。在摆出相关问题之后,本文结合企业经营实际情况,从企业家的角度出发,提出相关的解决措施,以及一些提高企业核心竞争力的方式方法。
本文主要以作者的四年所学所悟为基础,参考一些相关文献资料,并结合老师的谆谆教诲,通过理论探讨与实际结合的写作手法,将个人一些对“民营企业核心竞争力的制约因素及其应对策略”的思考想法表述出来,以供参读。

Abstract:In recent years, the private economy in the proportion of GDP increased year by year, you can say that the development of the private economy is the cornerstone of social progress, however, corresponds to an overall increase in the private economy, is the average lifespan of a private enterprise, but 2.9 years, serious below the world average, reason, fundamentally speaking, is the vast majority of private enterprises lack the real core competitiveness. And for the core competitiveness of China's private enterprises constraints, some experts and scholars have done related discussions, research, have also brainstorming, all from the perspective of the country and the prices put forward the corresponding policies. Relatively speaking, this another way, aside policy, environmental and other macro factors in order to manage the famous American scholar Gary Hamel and Prahalad's core competence theory, from the traditional concept of business start from "market-oriented" and "corporate culture" were two aspects of the business process proposed restricting the development of its core competency "mistake" of concepts and ideas, and make relevant cases demonstrate some of the traditional concept of undesirable place. After the put-related issues, this paper combined the actual situation of business, from the entrepreneur's point of view, put forward relevant solutions, as well as some of the core competitiveness of enterprises to improve the ways and means.
In this paper, the author learned that Wu's four-year basis, the reference number of the relevant literature, combined with teachers inculcate, through a combination of theoretical research and practical writing style, personal some of the "private enterprise's core competitiveness constraints and coping strategies "thinking thoughts expressed out for reference reading.
