摘要：中国现有的家电零售网络中，家电连锁店在数量上已经成为了家电营销网点的绝对主体。家电渠道主体由百货商场、大市场、专卖店演变为以家电连锁为主体，向专业规模、专业综合、专业连锁方向发展。物流配送是家电连锁企业正常运行的保证，在家电连锁企业飞速发展的今天，研究家电连锁企业的物流配送模式对家电连锁企业在更深层次和更广范围内、实现突破性的发展具有重要意义。
苏宁易购作为国内大型的家电连锁企业，在家电连锁企业的物流配送模式的选择上有着表率和带头的作用。本文从对苏宁易购配送模式的研究分析中得出以下结论:
(1）深入了解目前国内物流配送情况，清楚了解家电连锁物流配送的主要模式和不足，有利于促进家电连锁企业的发展，开拓新的领域。
(2）依据大型家电连锁企业的配送特点，对我国大型家电连锁企业的配送进行深入研究，构建一个完整的物流配送体系。
(3）结合国内外家电企业的物流配送模式的发展情况，考虑我国家电连锁物流配送的发展现状及存在的主要问题，对苏宁易购及我国大型家电连锁企业采取的配送模式进行模型分析，提出合理的解决方案。

ABSTRACT:The the existing appliance retail network in China, the home appliance chain stores in the number of has become the absolute subject of home appliances sales outlets. Home appliances to the main channel evolved as the main home appliance chain department stores, markets, specialty shops, to the professional scale, professional comprehensive, professional development chain. Logistics ensure the normal operation of the appliance chain enterprises in the rapid development of home appliance chain enterprises, research logistics and distribution of home appliance chain enterprises the mode deeper and wider range of home appliance chain enterprises to achieve a breakthrough in the development of great significance.
Suning Tesco as large domestic home appliance chain enterprises, logistics and distribution model in the home appliance chain enterprises have set an example and take the lead role. In this paper, the following conclusions from the research and analysis of the distribution pattern of Suning Tesco:
(1) understanding of the domestic logistics and distribution, a clear understanding of the main mode of home appliance chain logistics and deficiencies, help to promote the development of home appliance chain enterprises to explore new areas.
(2) According to the distribution characteristics of a large home appliance chain enterprises, China's large-scale distribution of home appliance chain enterprises in-depth study and build a complete logistics and distribution system.
(3) Contact the development of domestic and international logistics and distribution model, considering the current development of China's home appliance chain logistics and the main problems, Suning Tesco and distribution mode of China's large home appliance chain enterprises to adopt the model, a reasonable solutions.
