摘要:汽车制造企业在进行循环取货的过程中,因车辆故障等原因造成的车辆损毁时常发生,从而导致原定的取货计划随之受到影响,企业利益也受到影响。由此可见,一个可以综合考虑各方利益,高效妥善处理干扰事件,尽可能减小干扰事件对整个取货系统扰动的处理方法是非常重要和有意义的。
本课题基于干扰管理的思想,在汽车零部件入厂物流循环取货车辆调度问题中,对汽车零部件入厂物流循环取货车辆调度中车辆受扰的组合性干扰事件进行研究。首先了解循环取货的基本概念、入厂物流循环取货的模式;其次了解在车辆受扰时干扰的度量和恢复策略;然后建立车辆受扰后的模型并对其求解;最后利用实例分析在车辆受扰的情况下汽车供应物流循环取货模式的车辆调度做法。在干扰事件发生后的新计划中,以满足取货时间窗为前提,最小化系统扰动,最小化入厂物流循环取货成本。
论文既分析了汽车供应物流循环取货的理论,又基于最小系统扰动和成本建立模型,并采用改进的节约算法对受扰车辆进行新的车辆调度,模型和算法都具有现实可操作性,为以后干扰管理问题的求解算法提供了一定的参考。

ABSTRACT:In the process of automotive manufacturing enterprises’ pickup, mechanical failures or vehicle damage caused by the traffic accidents often happen, which cause the original pickup plan affected, and interests have also been affected. Thus, these events like interference of pickup vehicles, one way which can consider the interests of all parties, properly handle the incident with high efficiency, minimize interference event's effects to the pickup system is very important and meaningful.
This topic uses the interference management thought into the auto parts logistics milk-run vehicle scheduling problem,and studys the interferences of auto parts logistics mild-run vehicles scheduling in a combined way. Firstly,the paper introduces the theory of milk-run and its process,and then the measuring methods and strategy after vehicles are interfered.Then the paper introduces the model and its method to get an answer.Finally,the paper takes an example to explain these theories. After the events in interference the new plans meet the pickup time window as the prerequisite,can minimize the system disturbance, minimize logistics milk-run cost.
The paper not only expains auto parts logistics milk-run theories, but also builds a model based on the minimum system interference and cost and uses an advanced C-W method to reschedule vehicles.The model and the algorithm both have manipuility,which provides references for other disruptions of logistics in the future.
