摘要:本文基于东昌府区种植业污染源普查数据,采用抽样调查与典型调查、个案分析与比较分析相结合的方法,结合数量统计和文献资料,对东昌府区的农药施用情况以及施用农药造成的污染负荷进行了深入、系统的研究。得出以下结论:
东昌府区的农药投入存在区域间的差异性,在东昌府区的19个乡镇中,单位面积农药施用量最高的柳园办事处达401.25毫升/亩,施用量最低的侯营镇为29.19毫升/亩。农药的污染负荷存在区域间的差异性,单位面积污染负荷最大的道口铺办事处达274.88毫升/亩,最小的东城办事处为0.63毫升/亩。东昌府区所抽取的3878.74亩地块,共施用了415.29升农药原药。其中杀虫剂消费量最大,施用量达197.49升,其次是除草剂,施用量为116.67升,杀菌剂的施用量为100.84升。
根据东昌府区19个乡镇的农药施用情况及污染负荷情况,选取杀虫剂的单位面积污染负荷,农药的单位面积污染负荷以及小麦的面积比例作为指标做聚类分析,从而进行功能区划,分成四个污染特征相似的功能区,并提出农药合理施用及其污染控制对策。

Abstract:Based on the census data of field pollution sources in Dongchangfu District, the application of the pesticide and the pollution caused by pesticide in Dongchangfu District were analyzed using sampling survey, typical survey, case study and comparison analysis, and combining with quantity statistics and literature. The main conclustion was as following:
The pesticides input in Dongchangfu District showed significant regional difference. Among the 19 towns in Dongchangfu District, the pesticide application rate per unit area is highest in Liuyuan up to 401.25 ml/ha, the lowest is in Houying with 29.19 ml/ha. The pesticide pollution load also showed regional differences. The highest pollution load per unit area is 274.88 ml/ha in Daokoupu, while the lowest is is 0.63 ml/ha in Dongcheng. In the extraction of 3878.74 mu of land in Dongchangfu District, 415.29 liters of pesticide was used. Among them, the insecticide had the biggest consumption with 197.49 liters. Next is the herbicide, its consumption is 116.67 liters, and the consumption of microbicide is 100.84 liters.
According to pesticide use situation and pollution load conditions of 19 towns in Dongchangfu District, insecticide pollution load per area, pesticide pollution load area and the area ratio of wheat were selected as indicators to do cluster analysis, then the Dongchangfu District was grouped into four areas with similar pollution characteristics, finally the reasonable application of pesticide and the measures to control pollution were put forward.
