摘 要: 本文以嗜热木聚糖酶降解自制玉米芯木聚糖后的降解产物为材料,以双歧杆菌为对象,主要研究低聚木糖对肠道内益生菌双歧杆菌的活性以及增殖的影响,探讨低聚木糖对肠道内益生菌双歧杆菌的活性及增殖是否具有促进作用。研究表明,在一定浓度范围内,玉米芯木聚糖酶解产物对双歧杆菌的增殖有促进作用,不同浓度对其促进作用影响不同。

Abstract:The degradation products of homemade corn cob xylan degradation by thermophilic xylanase as raw material,with Bifidobacterium as main research object.The main research of oligosaccharide effecting to intestinal probiotics Bifidobacterium activity and value-added. Explore the oligosaccharide on intestinal probiotics Bifidobacterium activity and value whether has the effect of promoting. Research shows that,within certain range of concentration,corn cob xylanase hydrolysates on Bifidobacterium value-added role,different concentration different effects.
