摘要:以古尼虫草为生产原料,感官鉴评结果为指标对古尼虫草咀嚼片的生产工艺进行了研究。古尼虫草咀嚼片的最佳生产工艺为:古尼虫草菌丝体粉添加量55%;香精添加量15%;柠檬酸添加量15%。对咀嚼片的活性成分进行分析,结果表明咀嚼片的多糖含量为;总核苷含量为。

Abstract:Production process of this experiment of Cordyceps gunnii pharmacological action and Cordyceps gunnii chewable tablets.
