摘要:通过双螺杆挤出机挤出自制的聚丙烯原料,挤出的料直接进入自制的浸渍设备,同时把玻纤通入自制的浸渍设备,使玻纤充分熔融浸渍,初步得到连续玻纤增强聚丙烯片材。然后将所得片材通过平板硫化机层压得到连续玻纤增强聚丙烯片材。力学性能测试结果表明:随着PP-g-MAH用量的增加,玻纤片材的拉伸强度呈上升趋势,断裂伸长率并没有明显变化。随着相容剂PP-g-MAH用量的增加弯曲强度呈上升趋势,到达一定值时,弯曲强度变化不大。玻纤的加入使得聚丙烯的拉伸强度迅速提高,玻纤含量的增加,片材的拉伸强度是先增大后降低。断裂伸长率在加入玻纤后迅速降低,随着玻纤含量的变化,连续片材断裂伸长率变化不大。弯曲强度随着玻纤的加入后明显提高,当玻纤含量到达一定程度时,弯曲强度有所下降。

Abstract:Polypropylene materials ,the extrusion of material directly put into a homemade dipping equipment, are extruded through the twin-screw extruder.At the same time, we put the fiberglass into the homemade dipping equipment to make the fiberglass full melt impregnation. We can get the initial continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene sheets. And then make the sheets by vulcanizing machine laminating to get the continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene sheets. The mechanical properties of the test results show that: With the increase in the amount of PP-g-MAH , the tensile strength of glass fiber sheet shows upward trend, the elongation at break did not change significantly. With the amount of compatilizer of PP-g-MAH was increased, the flexural strength shows upward trend ,when reached a certain value, the bending strength changed little. With the attend of fiber glass ,the tensile strength of polypropylene is rapidly increasing. With the increase of glass content, the tensile strength of the sheet is first increased and then decreased. Elongation at break decreased rapidly after the attend of the fiber glass .With the changes of the content of glass fiber ,the continuous sheet’s elongation at break changed little. With the accession of the glass fiber, the flexural strength significantly improved, when the glass content reaches a certain level, the bending strength has declined.Key words: melt impregnation; continuous glass; polypropylene; mechanical properties.
