摘要:萃取法处理工业废水具有设备投资少、操作简便、能耗低、易于实现连续化操作等特点,并且对萃取的金属能有效回收利用。通过对铟萃余液的分析并脱砷处理后,本实验采用萃取剂P204、N235及皂化P204对脱砷溶液中的锌进行萃取,分别以不同PH值(0.5~3.5)、不同时间(1~8min)和不同相比(1~4)为条件。在室温下,相比2:1,有机相为30%P204+70%煤油(其中N235为25%N235+65%煤油+10%异丙醇),通过实验结果得出在PH为2.0,时间为6min,相比为2:1时,皂化P204对锌的萃取率均达到45%以上,国产萃取剂P204来源广泛,价格低廉,P204及其金属在稀释剂中的溶解度好且混合时具有良好的聚结性能,对锌的选择性好,平衡速度快,毒性低,相比选择的其它萃取剂具有更大的优势,因此皂化的P204为几种萃取剂中的最佳萃取剂,通过萃取最大限度的回收其中所含的锌,使锌的综合回收率提高,同时使萃余液返回流程使用,提高工厂各方面的综合利用水平,同时为工厂环境效益的提高提供一定的理论依据。

ABSTRACT:Extraction of industrial waste water treatment equipment investment is less,with easy operation,low energy consumption,easy to realize the continuous operation characteristics of extraction,and the metal ca value(0.5~3.5),different time(1~8min)and different(1~4)compared to con effectively recycling.Based on the analysis of indium over liquid and dearsenify processing,this experiment used P204 N235 and saponify P204,the zinc to the dearsenifying solution for extraction,respectively by a different PH nditions.At room temperature,compared to 30% 2-1 organic phase of P204+70% kerosene(amongN235:25% for N235 + 65% for kerosene+10% for isopropyl alcohol),through the experimental results indicated that the PH to 2.0,6min,when the compare to 2-1,saponificy P204 of zinc extraction ratio reached more than 45%,domestic sources of P204 extractants widely,the price is cheap,and its metal P204 solubility is good and thinner when mixed with good coalescence performance,the zinc is good selectivity,balance speed,low toxicity,compared to other extracting agent choice has more advantages,therefore saponificaty P204 extraction agent for several of the best extraction solvent,through extracting maximum recovery oilsand zinc,make zinc comprehensive recovery increased and more than to return to process using liquid,improve the comprehensive use of various aspects factory level and efficiency for factory environment provide certain theoretical basis.
