摘要:本文简要介绍了皂化P204微乳液膜体系萃取钴镍的反应机理,研究了萃原液初始浓度,外水相pH、P204 浓度、萃取时间和相比对钴镍分离系数的影响,从而确定钴镍离子分离的最优操作条件:萃原液pH为2.0,相比 V (o):V (a)为 2: 1时 ,单级萃取10min,萃原液初始浓度为0.5mol/L,10 %P204和90 %磺化煤油的皂化微乳液为萃取剂。
