摘要:农药是农业生产的重要材料,然而,农药在农作物中具有一定的残留时间使得其可能对人类造成危害。目前我国中药的农残检测基本没有可行标准,使我国的中药出口、交易和中药用药的安全出现一些问题。因此,快速查询中药农残检测的标准成为一个迫切的问题。地道药材农药残留提取检测数据库的建立成为一个重要的组成部分。

   利用MDL并在其先进的化学信息管理系统ISIS/Base和ISIS/Draw基础上完成了中药农药残留提取检测数据库的程序建立及其数据库的录入,并直接将MDL的操作技术应用于该系统,无需专门培训,一般能够进行计算机操作的,即可利用ISIS/Base 和ISIS/Draw对系统进行检索、浏览、比照、维护等。

ABSTRACT:Agricultural pesticide is an important material in agriculture production, nevertheless it may do harm to human because of residue time of pesticide in crop. At the moment in China, there are few feasible standards for test about pesticide residue of Chinese medicine, and the situation causes some problems in export, trade, and pharmacy security of Chinese medicine. Thus, quick reference for the testing standards becomes an urgent problem. And the establishment of data base for testing about pesticide residues of Chinese medicine turns into a significant constituent part.

   Utilizing MDL, and on the base of its chemical information management system, namely ISIS/Base and ISIS/Draw, the establishment of data base for testing about pesticide residues of Chinese medicine and its data entry have been achieved. Directly applying MDL operation technique to the system, no need to train specially, who can work at computer generally, also can make use of the ISIS/Base and ISIS/Draw to conduct retrieval, browse, reference, and maintenance to system.
