摘要:为了探索在XX学院在校学生中开展传统文化教育的有效途径，笔者对XX学院在校学生中国传统文化素养现状进行了调查与研究。本次调查发现我校在校学生对中国传统文化认知的程度较低，且具有倾向性、书本性和模糊性等特点，部分学生对传统文化热情度不高，认知具有多样化特点，但不同专业学生的认知差别比较大。造成以上现状的原因主要有全球化的冲击、社会重视程度较低、现行教育模式的影响以及学生自身存在的问题，等等。为了提高学生传统文化素养，社会以及学校应该重视传统文化的继承和发展，营造良好的校园氛围；学校要通过重视传统文化教材的选择和学科课程的调整来改善教学机制；最重要的是学生通过多方面渠道，要改善自身的问题，努力提高自身的传统文化素养。

Abstract:The author has investigated and researched on the literacy about Chinese traditional culture of xuzhou institute of technology students,in order to explore the effective way for xuzhou institute of technology to carry out the education of traditional culture. The survey found that the sutdents’ cognitive level of traditional culture is low.The features of it are tendentiousness and books on nature and ambiguity and so on. Part of sthdents are not interesting in traditional culture and because of different majors ,they have large differences in cognitive. Analyse of the survey,the golbalization effects and the social low importance forms the bad study atmosphere and the current education mode and some problems of students themselves are the important factors lead to this situation. To change the current situation,the author thinks society and school should attach importance to the inheritance and development of traditional culture to create a good atmosphere of school.Second,the school should pays attention to traditional culture materials selection and adjust disciplines to improve the teaching mechanism.Third,the most important thing is that students should through various channels to improve the problems of its own and strive to improve their own traditional culture accomplishment.These can be beneficial to the inheritance and developent of traditional culture.

人文精神是民族精神的精髓，学习我国的传统文化有利于提高我国公民的人文精神和文化素养。然而在当代，作为国家接班人的大学生人文精神的缺失和文化素养逐渐下降的现状令人堪忧。对XX学院在校学生的传统文化素养进行调查与研究，能够有效了解在校学生传统文化素养的水平，以及存在的问题，也能为有效、有针对性地提高XX学院在校大学生传统文化教育水平提出比较合理、可行的建议。
本次调查发现XX学院在校大学生对传统文化的认知一般，且在认知方面具有倾向性、书本性和模糊性等特点；由于自身的兴趣问题，学生对传统文化认知的兴趣不高；且由于现在社会政策、制度等忽略，学生觉得传统文化的实用性不高从而忽视传统文化的学习以及由于不同专业学科的倾向性导致不同专业的学生认知有所不同等。全球化带来的文化全球化的冲击、社会及学校有关部门重视程度较低，没有良好的文化学习氛围、当代社会的教育模式以及学生自身存在的各种不良现象等因素都对XX学院在校学生传统文化素养的现状具有重要影响。
要想提高我校在校学生中国传统文化素养，第一，学校领导和有关部门应该重视传统文化的宣传与教育，塑造良好的学校气氛。第二，学校相关部门应通过有效利用现有的软、硬教学设施资源，注重传统文化教材的选择，调整相关的学科课程以及改变教师授课方式等方式从而改善学校教育机制，促进学生学习传统文化。第三，最重要的是大学生自身应该利用多方面的渠道、迎合和参与社会和学校举办的各项关于传统文化的活动，了解学习传统文化，注重自己的人文精神的塑造，提高人文修养，领悟传统文化的精华，弘扬我国传统文化，发扬传统民族精神。
