摘要:近年来，随着中国高校的大规模扩招，我国高等教育毕业生数量急速增长。伴随着经济增速的放缓，可供毕业生选择的就业岗位数量连年萎缩，大学毕业生的就业形势尤为严峻。
通过对徐州市四所本科高校各专业的在校大学生进行了客观的问卷调查，取得了第一手的调查数据。调查采用了问卷调查法、电话调查法和访谈法。此次调查发现，大部分大学生对薪酬的要求较为合理、看中职业发展前景、青睐经济较为发达的地区、偏向稳定的工作环境。同时，笔者也注意到当前在徐州大学生中存在的一些问题，比如：民营企业难以吸引优秀的大学生；部分大学生的理想色彩浓重，就业观不太切合实际；部分大学生不能吃苦耐劳等等。对于存在的这些问题，笔者分别从高校的就业指导、社会舆论导向、政府的支持政策、大学生自身的完善以及家庭影响五个角度提出了解决对策。

Abstract:In recent years, with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in China, the number of China's higher education graduates, rapid growth, with the economic slowdown, the quantity to be graduates choose jobs has been sluggish, university graduates employment situation is grim. In the new economic situation and the enormous pressure on Employment under the catalysis, the old students employment concept gradually can not adapt to the development of the times, the various values, world outlook mutual collision and fusion, forming a new value orientation employment outlook. The current employment problems outstanding, not only has important relationship with the objective conditions, the same with the college students employment outlook is inseparable.
The author conducted a questionnaire survey the objective of the four undergraduate colleges in Xuzhou City College, made a survey data of hand. Through the analysis of survey data, show the current situation of contemporary college students' employment view, combined with the actual situation, summarized the main reasons to cause the situation. Finally, based on the new concept of employment of university students under the condition of College Students' employment view, put forward the education and guidance countermeasures.

近年来，我国高校应届毕业生人数呈现连年上升的局面。2013年5月最新的统计结果显示，各省市应届毕业生签约率均不足四成，北京等一线城市签约率不到三成。大学生就业观问题的研究是当代教育者、大学生自身以及社会需要思考的重要问题，同时也是新形势下对中国传统高等教育体制提出的新的挑战。大学生就业观的形成，与其人生观、价值观和世界观是密不可分、紧密相连的，是大学生从象牙塔步入社会的一个过程，是在校大学生社会化的一个重要阶段。多年来，随着改革开放的全面开展和市场经济发展的逐步深入，我国的经济形势发生了天翻地覆的变化。时代在变，经济结构在变，随着近年来经济危机的影响，我国失业率有所抬头，劳动力成本随着通货膨胀逐步推高，劳动力供大于求的形势开始形成，应届大学毕业生的就业难度越来越大。因此，加强对在校大学生就业观现状的重视，以及对在校大学生就业观进行合理的引导和教育，是大势所趋，是无法回避的问题。
