摘要： 祖宗家法作为北宋历代帝王尊崇不辍的治国原则，对北宋政治发展的方方面面都造成深刻影响。公文作为古代帝国管理政务的重要工具，其运作过程中的机构设置、人员安排、制度要求，都与统治者的执政理念息息相关。而公文文种的时代特点、公文写作中体现的士人风貌，也都是封建国家统治者政治意求的具体折射。本文在对大量史实和宋代公文原典考察研究的基础上，思考提炼，归纳总结，以北宋公文的机构设置、制度拟定、文种特质和文本特征为切入点，细析“祖宗家法”的精神内涵对公文领域造成的深刻影响。

Abstract: As a political principle , Imperial Ancestor's Instructions has been abided by every emperors during Northern Song Dynasty . This produced important effects on the development of the whole empire , also included the official documents. These effects can be seen in the aspects of organizations , staffs , regulations and the writing styles . With above breakthrough points , and after abundance studies on the historical facts and the documents , this thesis gives a deep and comprehensive analysis of the influence .
