我国农村的教育问题受到了国家多方面的高度重视,与此相应的农村小学教育的问题也就必然成了教育问题的重中之重。农村的学校教育是我国教育的重要组成部分，它对未来教育的发展有着至关重要的影响。它对于保障劳动力市场所必需的劳动力的基本能力，促进民族文化水平的提高，激励民族企事业健康稳定地成长，具有极其重要意义。跟着经济发展前进的脚步,中国乡下学校的教育教学工作,取得了一些效果,可是，其中存在的弊病也显现出来，并严重阻碍了乡村教育前进的步伐。为进一步实现社会主义社会科学发展的目标,巩固农村学校教育质量,提升全民族的文化水准，就必须要改善农村学校教育现状，提高农村学校的教育质量。
