摘要:藏族舞蹈琳琅满目、种类繁多,风格鲜明具有浓郁的地域风情,如西藏地区的舞蹈,典雅轻快、高傲端庄,而安多地区藏人的舞蹈,灵巧多变,柔美诙谐;而康巴地区藏人的舞蹈,豪放潇洒,优美大气。虽然不同的地域都具有各自独特的个性和固有的审美要求,但它们又都包含着共同的精髓元素,以及共同的动作规律。这种精髓元素和规律构成了整个藏族舞蹈的审美概念。如:藏族舞蹈中的核心动律——“屈伸动律”,无论身体语言的千变万化,“平步屈伸”“ 立掌步屈伸”“俯身屈伸”都自始至终贯穿着近千种不同的藏族舞蹈动作中,“是藏族舞蹈的“根”。本文通过研究藏族舞蹈中下肢动律的重要性,让舞者更好的把握藏族舞蹈的精髓。

ABSTRACT:Tibetan dance, a superb collection of beautiful things of various kinds, distinctive style with rich local customs, such as the Tibet area dance, elegant and brisk, proud, dignified, and Anduo Tibetan dance, agility, gentle humor; and Kangba area Tibetan dance, bold handsome, beautiful atmosphere. Although the aesthetic requirements of different regions have their own unique personality and inherent, but they also contain the essence element together, and common action rule. The essence of elements and rules constitute the aesthetic concept of the whole Tibetan dance. Such as: the core of Tibetan dance rhythms -- "the flexion and extension movement", no matter the body language of the myriads of changes, "flat step flexion extension" "stand palm step flexion extension" "bend flexion extension" from first to last run through nearly a thousand kinds of Tibetan dance movements, "is the root of Tibetan Dance"". Through the study of Tibetan dance in the lower extremity movement of importance, to better grasp the essence of Tibetan Dance dancers.
