摘要: 随着人们逐渐对舞蹈的了解。芭蕾和现代舞在发展上已相互融合和借鉴。在芭蕾舞的训练中要求手势的描绘，重视姿态和形体的融合；现代舞注重的是所要表现的情感，更重视身体的和思想情感的相结合。只有理解和区分它们才能正确把握两者的风格特点，才能够更好的将两种不同风格的舞蹈欣赏和表演。当然两者的训练方法也可以互相借鉴，相互融合增强各自的表现力。

Abstract:As people gradually deepen the understanding and dance, ballet and modern dance in their respective development rapid tend to close, reference and integration. Gesture description stylized and normative action training on ballet, with emphasis on the position and form; modern dance training emphasizes experience and abstract feeling expression, pay attention to combine efforts and emotions. Only to understand and distinguish them can correctly grasp the style characteristics of the two, in order to better performance and appreciation of two different styles of dance. Of course, the training method both can learn from each other, mutual fusion enhancing their performance.
