摘要:目前存在的具有代表性的企业财务管理目标有利润最大化、股东财富最大化和企业价值最大化等。这些目标在一定时期内发挥了积极的作用，为我国企业财务管理指明了方向，但随着世界经济的发展和我国经济体制改革的不断推进，知识经济的到来，企业财务管理环境发生了重大变化。
从宏观定位角度来看，我们的市场经济目前仍处于探索发展过程中。或者现实地说仍是一种不成熟的市场经济，这种现实背景决定了我国财务管理目标的选择过程既有西方已走过的道路，也有在现实国情、现实社会政治经济发展状况下的个性选择。上述目标在企业财务管理中的弊端日益显露，已逐渐不能适应我国企业财务管理的需要。因此有必要对我国企业财务管理目标进行研究。

Abstract:Existing representative enterprise financial management goal is profit maximization, shareholder wealth maximization and the maximum value of the enterprise. These goals in a certain period of time to play a positive role, for the enterprise financial management in our country points to clear direction, but with the development of the world economy and China's economic system reform, the arrival of the knowledge economy, the enterprise financial management environment has undergone major changes.

企业财务管理的目标，是财务管理的一个基本理论问题。能否制定科学的企业财务管理目标，直接关系到企业经营的失败，因此要科学又合理地研究企业的财务管理是十分必要的。企业在确定科学的财务管理目标时，要结合企业自身的情况。
