摘要:撬装加油装置是一种阻隔防爆撬装式的加油设施,一种新型的汽车地面加油站,集地面阻隔防爆储油罐、加油室、阻隔防爆油气回收器和自动灭火器为一整体,位置相对固定,可以实现储油罐和加油机的最佳搭配和整体协调。

   撬装加油装置设计以安全、环保和机动性为核心理念,是一种集地面防火防爆储油罐、加油机和自动灭火器于一体的橇装式加油站。这种油站体积小,占地少;安装简便,可整体迁移。迁移后,设备不受损,经济上可保值;这种油站设置有许多地埋式加油站所没有的安全部件,如自动灭火装置、紧急泄压装置、防注油过量装置、报警装置、高温自动断油保护阀、内部燃烧抑制装置等。撬装加油站配备有一级油气回收装置,双壁储罐杜绝了泄漏和污染因素,储罐夹层的监视仪提高了泄漏监测力度。撬装加油站从设计上保证了安全和环保性能。
