摘要:本工程为重庆医科大学新校区院系楼A栋工程I标段投标文件，所在地为重庆沙坪坝区虎溪镇大学城。该工程的建设单位为重庆医科大学，施工图纸齐全。基础结构采用人工挖孔桩基础。结构类型为框架结构，总建筑面积8414.77㎡，六层公共建筑,层高3.6米，抗震设防烈度为六度，耐火等级二级，使用年限五十年。
该投标文件的编制是以重庆医科大学新校区院系楼A栋工程I标段施工设计图纸，国家和地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准等为依据，结合了工程附近的具体的建造环境、地质资料等条件编制，明确了招标范围、招标方式和主要合同条款、招标文件等内容。
投标文件参照建筑施工图纸，建筑总说明，及各种图集对工程量进行了认真详细的计算，应用广联达软件套出相应的定额并进行了调价，最后导出所需表格。
