摘要:重庆科技学院教工宿舍D栋工程为重庆市重点建设工程,本工程位于重庆市渝北区空港新城同茂大道和秋城大道相交处西北侧,同时也位于轨道交通五、十号线交汇处的西北侧,即重庆空港新城两路组团。大楼在形式与体量上和周边相互呼应,形成空港新城地区标式建筑。工程为集娱乐、餐饮、会议及办公等综合性功能的办公大楼;建设规模大,设计定位高,采用了多项先进合理的施工新技术。工程建设伊始,业主、设计、监理以及承建方就将“精品工程”作为工程目标进行实施,并提出了安全目标确保“市标化”,争创“巴渝杯”,质量目标确保“三峡杯优质结构工程奖”,力争国家优质工程金奖“鲁班奖”的口号。

   精品工程创建需要从策划、过程实施、总结提炼全过程进行控制。其中技术和质量是两个主要的内容。开展技术创新是精品工程水平不断提升的动力,是建筑企业的核心竞争力;确保质量创优是工程建设的直接目标,是建筑企业立信于社会的重要基石。

       本工程建筑总面积约10万m2。其中四层地下室约4万 m2、裙楼约1.6万 m2、1号主楼(6~34F、机房层、水箱层)约4.4万m2。本工程属一类高层建筑,最大建筑高度(地上/地下):163.8m/-17.2m;最大建筑层数(地上/地下):36F/-4F;层高分布为:-2F至-4F层高为3.9m、-1F层高为5.5m、11F及22F层高为5.4m、其余层层高均为4.5m。本建筑主要结构体系为框架核心筒结构,建筑主体结构合理使用年限为50年。

    The project total construction area of about 100000 m2.
