摘要:本工程为重庆医科大学新校区学生活动中心工程Ⅱ标段投标文件，所在地为重庆沙坪坝区虎溪镇大学城。该工程的建设单位为重庆医科大学，工程由重庆大学建筑设计研究院设计，施工图纸齐全。基础结构采用人工挖孔桩基础。上部主体为砖混，局部框架结构，结安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为六度，工程类别为四类。
该投标文件的编制是以重庆医科大学新校区学生活动中心的施工合同以及施工设计图纸为主要参考资料，再综合国家及地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准等为依据，总结出合理可行的具体方案。本着坚持科学的基本建设程序和施工顺序以及采用分层流水作业法的原则，在建设过程合理安排工期，以确保该工程在拟定期限内顺利完工，该工程拟定工期为258天。

ABSTRACT:This project is the second section student activities center project of the new campus of Medical University Of Chongqing is located in the bidding documents, Huxi town Chongqing city Shapingba District university. The project construction units for the Medical University Of Chongqing, engineering design by the architectural design and Research Institute of Chongqing University, the construction drawings are complete. Basic structure of the manual hole digging pile foundation. The upper part of the main brick, partial frame structure, safety grade two level, seismic fortification intensity is six degrees, the project categories into four categories.
The preparation of the tender documents to the construction contract is the new campus of Medical University Of Chongqing student activity center as well as the construction design drawings as the main reference, then present a series of national and local construction and technical specifications, standards as the basis, summarizes the feasible concrete scheme. In the basic construction procedures and the construction order to adhere to the scientific principles and stratified flow method, the reasonable arrangement of construction in the construction process, to ensure that the project in the development of successful completion of the project within the time limit, prepared for the period of 258days.
