摘要:风冷压缩冷凝机组性能试验系统,可以准确测定风冷压缩冷凝机组的制冷量和制冷消耗功率等技术数据。它包含一个测试环境间和一套制冷循环回路:试验环境间用来提供风冷压缩冷凝机组的工况条件,其温、湿度分别由一套包含加热、加湿、制冷、除湿的空气处理系统控制实现;制冷循环系统,采用第二制冷剂量热器法,测量被试风冷压缩冷凝机组的性能参数。本次设计着重于第二制冷剂量热器法风冷压缩冷凝机组性能试验系统的设计。

   按照国家标准 GB/T 21363----2008 《容积式制冷压缩冷凝机组》,第二制冷剂量热器法是测定风冷压缩冷凝机组性能试验系统的代表性方法之一。本次设计通过给定被试风冷压缩冷凝机组名义工况下制冷量和功率范围的条件,设计出风冷压缩冷凝机组性能试验系统所需的环境间、空气处理系统、室外压缩冷凝机组和制冷系统中的量热器、蒸发盘管的选型,以及进、出口管径和温度、压力测点的布置等。在此基础上,绘制出系统运行原理图,撰写完成设计说明书。

   本设计不仅仅是对我们所学习知识系统性的考验,也是锻炼我们用所学的理论知识和基本技能分析解决实际问题能力的重要环节。通过设计综合运用和深化所学的专业理论知识,培养独立创新的能力,解决工程实际问题的能力。能够从中得到工程技术和科学研究的基本训练。

Abstract: Air-cooled condensing unit performance test system can accurately determine air-cooled condensing units of cooling capacity and cooling power consumption and other technical data. It contains a test environment and a set of inter-loop refrigeration cycle: test-environment is used to provide air-cooled condensing units working conditions, the temperature and humidity were included by the set of heating, humidification, cooling, dehumidifying the air handling system control implementation; refrigeration cycle system, using the second refrigerant calorimeter method, measuring air-cooled condensing units to be tested the performance parameters. The design focuses on the second refrigerant calorimeter method performance test air-cooled condensing units system.

      In accordance with the national standard GB / T 21363 ---- 2008 "displacement refrigerant compressor condensing unit", the second refrigerant calorimeter method is to measure the performance of air-cooled condensing units one of the representation of test system. The design was tested by giving the name of air-cooled condensing units range of conditions cooling capacity and power conditions, air-cooled condensing units designed performance test system for the environment, the air handling system, the outdoor condensing units and the amount of heat in the refrigeration system, evaporator coil selection, and the inlet and outlet diameter, and temperature, pressure, the arrangement of measuring points. On this basis, draw the schematic system operation,Write a complete design specification.

    The design can be regarded as a test, not only of our study systematic knowledge, but also of our use of theoretical knowledge and basic skills to solve practical problems. Through the design of the integrated use we deepen the specialties of knowledge, develop the independent innovation capability and practically solve engineering problems. What’s more, we can get the basic training of engineering technology and scientific.
