摘要:能源是人类面临的重要问题之一,其中能源的不合理开发利用,以及能源消耗排放对环境造成的污染,这些问题对人们的生活环境造成了很大的影响,使得节能减排成为世界各国关注的一个重要课题。而总所周知,建筑节能是实现环境保护和节约能源的一个主要途径,其中暖通空调的能量消耗在建筑能耗中占着很大的比重,压缩冷凝机组作为暖通空调的一个重要组成部分,由制冷压缩机、冷凝器及必要的辅助设备(不含蒸发器和节流装置)所组成的装置,机组的性能与空调的制冷效率有着很大的关联,因此提高压缩冷凝机组的效率可以在一定程度上降低空调的能源消耗量,以达到节能减排的目标。

   本课题以第二制冷剂量热器法为测试方法,设计能测试制冷量范围为2~10kW的风冷压缩冷凝机组性能的试验室,为被测制冷压缩冷凝机组提供能确保冷凝温度、蒸发温度等工况条件的设施,对制冷压缩冷凝机组的性能参数进行测试分析,计算被测机组的制冷量,并比较压缩机的输入功率来检测机组的性能。与此同时,试验室除了要实现自动化操作、运行稳定和控制精度高等指标外,试验装置的节能与否也已成为性能试验室的重要衡量标准。通过试验室的测试便可选出性能更高的风冷压缩冷凝机组,便于更节能的空调的制造,为节能减排作出一份贡献。
