摘要:该建筑位于青岛市区,是一综合性民用建筑,本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况,根据建筑物的性质,用途,和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备,具体的给排水系统设计如下:

   给水系统:

   本建筑地下一层至地上三层由室外市政管网直接供水,四至十一层采用水泵、屋顶水箱相接合的给水方式,给水管材采用UPVC塑料管;由于消火栓超过十个,需设两条引入管。既保障了供水安全,又节约了能耗。

   排水系统:

   本设计采用污废水合流排放体制,排水立管采用单立管排水系统,通气帽伸至屋顶与屋顶高度为800mm;排水管材为塑料排水管。地下室内消防电梯井旁、泵房地面均设有集水坑和废水提升装置。

   消防系统:

   该建筑防火等级属于中危险级Ⅰ级,设计内容包括消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统。在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置,消火栓给水管网呈环状布置,各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮,能直接启动消防泵;室外设地下式水泵结合器,保证消防安全可靠。商场,停车场设闭式自动喷淋系统,设计采用一组报警阀组,控制地下一层至三层的喷头。

   热水系统:

   根据设计资料,本设计需对四至十一层供应热水。为保证同一用水点的冷、热水压力平衡,热水管道沿着给水管道布置,热水管材采用PP-R给水聚丙烯热水管,不做保温层。各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙敷设,水平管根据各系统的特点明敷或暗敷。

   本设计以经济、环保、节能为原则,通过借鉴以前的设计方法和经验,采用了合理的技术措施,使设计的各个系统达到了很好的使用效果。

Abstract:The building is located in the city of Qingdao, is a comprehensive civil construction, all of the buildings are high-rise buildings and water supply and drainage design and drainage requirements. The actual situation, according to the nature of the building, use, and indoor features a comprehensive water supply and drainage sanitary facilities, water supply and drainage system designed as follows:

    Water supply system:

    The building's basement to the ground three outdoor municipal pipe network directly to the water supply, four to ten layer pumps, water supply, water supply pipe roof water tanks engaging with UPVC plastic pipe; fire hydrant more than ten, the need to set up two introduced tube. Not only ensures the safety of water supply, but also save energy.

    Drainage systems:

    This design uses sewage and waste the confluence emissions system, drainage stack using a single riser drainage system, ventilation cap extends to the roof and the roof height to 800mm; drainage pipe plastic pipes. Fire elevator in the basement of the well, pump room floors are the sump and Wastewater lifting device.

    Fire protection system:

   The building fire rating is a dangerous level I design includes hydrant systems and automatic sprinkler system. Experimental rooftop water tanks equipped with a fire hydrant device, fire hydrant systems arranged in a ring, the fire box equipped with fire pumps start push-button to start the fire pump; outside the chamber underground water pump, fire safety and reliable. 

   Hot water system:

    According to the design data required for the design of four to ten layer supply hot water. In order to ensure the same cold water point, the balance of hot water pressure, hot water pipes along the water supply piping, hot water pipe PP-R water supply polypropylene hot water pipes without insulation. System riser tube wells or along the wall laying, horizontal tube according to the characteristics of the system for surface or concealed.

   The design principle of economy, environmental protection, energy saving, by drawing on the previous design methods and experience, with a reasonable technical measures, so that the design of the system to achieve a good use of effects.
