摘要:随着国民经济的发展,人民居住理念的变化,高层建筑如雨后春笋般,越来越多的矗立于城市之中。高层建筑的给排水设计也就成了影响建筑物日后使用的重要因素。本设计的任务是泰州市中北品尚建筑给排水工程设计,设计的主要内容有:建筑给水系统、建筑排水系统、建筑雨水系统、消火栓灭火系统、自动喷水灭火系统和热水系统的设计。
该建筑为一14层综合性民用建筑,总高39.2m。1~2层为商铺,3~14层为住宅,分为2个单元,每单元4户住户。
市政给水干管位于该建筑东侧及南侧城市道路旁,常年资用水头0.18MPa。从建筑南侧分别引2根用水管进入建筑,给水系统采用分区给水方式:1~3层为低区,由市政管网直接供水;4~14层为高区,由屋顶水箱水泵联合供水。屋顶水箱钢制,有效容积1.2㎥。生活贮水池钢制,有效容积39㎥。
本设计采用污废水合流排放体制。管材采用了具有消声功能的螺旋UPVC排水管,伸顶通气方式,为此可进一步提高环境质量。地下室内消防电梯井旁、泵房地面均设有集水坑和废水提升装置。
该商住楼雨水系统采用外排水,采用100mm的87式雨水斗,排至室外散水。
本商住楼属于中危险I级,设计中消火栓系统采用DN65×19的直流水枪,25m长DN65的衬胶水带。3~14层为住宅,每层在电梯前室设置2个双阀双出口消火栓。1~2层为商铺,每层设立6个单阀单出口消火栓,消火栓灭火系统连成环状。在室外设置3个水泵接合器,在8层消火栓立管处设置减压阀,阀后压力为0.25Mpa。
该建筑在1~2层设自动喷水灭火系统,喷头主要按矩形布置,间距为长4m宽3m,采用普通吊顶型喷头和边墙型扩展覆盖喷头。消防泵房及消防水池设于室外。消防水箱设于屋面,容积为18m3。设置3个SQ150地上式水泵接合器。
热水由市政表压为0.2MPa的蒸汽热源间接加热,只供给3~14层住宅。热水系统根据冷水系统分为上、下2区,上区为4~14层,采用上供下回式,下区为1~3层,采用下供下回式。下区冷水有市政管网供给,上区冷水有屋顶给水水箱供给。热水系统采用半循环供水方式,为全天循环。

Abstract: With the development of the national economy and changes in the concept of people living,the high-rise building soars everywhere in the city more and more.The city housing construction is being converted from pure multistoried housing construction or pure high-rise housing construction to residential area composed of multistoried little high-rise construction with a certain scale and high-rise housing construction.The public building develops itself from single function high-rise building to multi-purpose,big area,integrate one.And so the design of high-rise building in water supply and drainage becomes an important factor impacting the later use of the building.The task of design is Water supply and drainage design of Taizhou Long-wan city commercial and residential building. The main content of the design includes building water supply system、building drainage system、building storm-water system、fire-extinguishing system and hot-water system.
The building is a commercial and residential building which is 14 layer.The total height is 39.2 meters. 1~2 layer for shops , and 3~14 layer for residential which is divided into 2 units with 4 households.
Water, perennial with head 0.18MPa ,is supplied in two pipes from the municipal water supply pipe network which is on the south of the building. Water supply system uses partition: 1~3 layer for the low area, of which the water is supplied by the municipal water supply pipe network directly ; 3~14 layers for high, that supplied from the water tank on the roof combined with water pump.The pressure reduction valve , after what the pressure is to 0.35MPa, is set in the 5 layer because of the connection of high and low water supply network.The roof water tank is steel,which effective volume is 1.2 stere.And the storage pool steel with the effective volume is 1.2 stere.
The building drainage system is combined sewer system.Sewage and waste water of toilet must be brained digestion tank at first and be disposed, then it can be discharged into municipal drainage network .The waste water of kitchen is drained into municipal drainage network directly .
The storm-water system of the building is external drainage system with 87 rainwater bucket which 100mm , exhausted to the outdoor water.
This building belongs to the first grade of Intermediate risk. The fire hydrant system use DN65 * 19 hydraulic monitor, with DN65 rubber hose lining 25m. Each layer set 2 double valve double hydrant in front of the elevator from 3~14layer.From 1~2 layer,each layer establish 6 single valve single hydrant. Fire hydrant system is lined into a ring.Set 3 pump adapters outdoor. The pressure reduction valve is set in the fire hydrant standpipe at 8 layers , after what the pressure is to 0.25MPa.
The architecture is equipped with automatic sprinkler system from 1~2 layer.The nozzle layout according to the rectangular , spacing of length 4m width 3m.The nozzle use ordinary ceiling sprinkler and extended coverage sidewall sprinkler. Fire pump and fire water tank is arranged in the outdoor .The fire water tank, of which the volume is 800 stere, is divided into 2 lattices.The volume is 18stere of fire water tank set on the roof. The pressure reduction valve is set in the automatic sprinkler standpipe at 1 layers , after what the pressure is to 0.25MPa. Set 3 pump adapters outdoor.
Hot Water is only for 3~14 residential,heated indirectly by 0.2MPa steam heat source from the municipal gauge. Hot water system is divided into 2 zones according to the cold water system . The cold water of the area under is supplied district by municipal pipe network,and water of the area on is supplied district by water tank on the roof. Hot water system adopts the half cycle of water supply, as the day cycle.
