摘要:解说词是电视新闻中深化主题、表达思想的主要因素。而在电视新闻中，没有画面就没有解说，解说是根据画面内容和表达主题的需要而运用的，因此解说在电视新闻有着不可替代的作用。而《新闻零距离》栏目是红河州民生新闻的代表，它的解说词不仅是体现红河州境内的生活点滴，还把特有的少数民族文化展现在观众面前，通过解说词的运用，加深观众对红河州的认识。它用本地化的新闻报道，锁定观众群体；感人的画面，留住观众的视线，细节的描述，强调了报道的内涵；现场的解说，真实的再现现场情况，具有说服力、感染力。在赢得观众信赖的同时，提高新闻节目的质量，更加得到观众的喜爱。总体来看，该栏目还是成功的，但还需要创新，打造别具特色的民生新闻栏目。

Abstract:The commentary is the main factors of deepen the theme and express ideas in TV news. If there is no picture in TV news, it is no explanation. The explanation that uses according to the screen content and theme has an irreplaceable role in the TV News. “The News Zero distance” is the representative of HongHe TV livelihood news, which not only reflected the daily life in HongHe but also show the unique minorities cultures to the audience. With the use of commentary can deepen the audience’s understanding of HongHe. “The News Zero distance” is with the localized news report to locking the audience groups, impressive scene to retain the audience’s attention, the description of details to emphasize the connotation of report. Most important the live commentary can reproduce the real scene situation, which is provided with persuasive and appealing. “The News Zero distance” obtains the trust of audience and improves the quality of programs to getting the recognition of audience further. Overall the column is successful, but it still needs innovation to creating the distinctive TV livelihood news.
