【摘要】随着我国城市化进程的加快以及构建和谐社会的需要，全国许多地方都在着手对城市进行改造翻新，以期能够更好的适应经济发展的需要，创建良好的宜居环境。具体的措施包括道路修建、外墙翻新、绿化建设、厂区迁移等等。这些举措对居民的生活产生了巨大的影响，本文综合了诸多文献对新城改造的现状与思考，简要评价并对新城改造提出一些建议。希望通过探讨新城改造对居民产生的影响以及居民的适应性问题，来帮助新城改造以及提高居民的适应性。

Abstract：With the speeding up of urbanization in our country and the need of building a harmonious society， in many places all over the country begin to modify urban renovation， in order to better adapt to the needs of economic development， to create a good livable environment。 Specific measures include building roads， facade renovation， green construction， plant migration and so on。 These measures has a huge impact on people's life， in this paper， a combination of many literature and thinking about the present situation of new reformation， a brief evaluation and puts forward some Suggestions for the modification of the new town。 Hopes to explore new transformation of residents and the impact of adaptation， transformation and increase the adaptability of residents to help new town。

现实表明， 中国的城市发展在处在千载难逢的机遇的同时， 也面临着多重困难和危机。这些困难和危机， 既有历史上遗留下来的沉重负担，又有发展过程中所必然出现的严重障碍； 既有发展中国家欠发达的主要特征， 又有发达国家在其工业化过程曾遇到的某些现象。作为城市改造和发展的客观约束条件， 这些问题既不会因为人们否认它们的存在而消失， 也不会随着城市改造和现代化进程而得以迅速改变。这就决定了中国城市改造与发展的长期性、艰巨性和复杂性。中国的新城改造将是一个不断渐变的积累、进而部分质变的长期历史过程， 新城改造，任重而道远。
