摘要：邻里关系一直是社会关系的重要组成部分，也是人际交往中不可忽略的关系之一。同时，随着经济社会的发展，社区越来越受到重视，并且针对社区的研究也越来越多。无论是对于一个社区本身，还是对于整个社会来说，社区研究都有重要意义，而社区邻里关系的研究也越来越受到学术界的欢迎与重视。邻里可以视为社区的一个典型，良好的邻里关系表现为居民之间的认同感和亲切感，它对于维系居住地域的社会结构、社区共同生活和居民心理稳定都起着重要的作用。因此，研究当代社会新老社区邻里关系的现状、对比情况以及出现差异的原因，具有重要的现实意义和实践价值。

Abstract：Neighborhood is an important part of social relations,it is also one of the interpersonal relationship which can’t be ignored. At the same time, along with the development of society and economy,there is more attention paid to the community, the study of community is getting much more. As a whole,whether it is for a community or for the society, the community study has important significance, more and more academia welcome the community neighborhood research，they pay more attention to it. Neighborhood can be regarded as a typical sigh of the community,good neighborhood relationships is shown as identity and belonging between the residents,it also plays an important role in sustaining living area residents of social structure, community life and psychological stability. So there have important realistic meaning and practical value of studying the current situation of the relationship between new and old community neighborhood of contemporary societythe,characteristics and the reasons for differences.

传统的邻里是以地缘关系为基础，在日常生活互动过程中逐渐形成的社会群体。对个体而言，邻里是社会成员与更为广阔的社会空间发生联系的最重要的管道之一；对社会而言，邻里组织往往又成为一个重要的社会整合手段。邻里关系的好坏是社会整合的重要测量指标，它无疑左右着社会成员的归属感，最终将会影响到社会的建设和发展。
随着城镇大规模的开发和拆迁，社区形态发生很大变化，新社区主要由陌生人构成，邻里关系变成位置上的靠近，老社区相对来说居民比较稳定，然而由于工作和生活忙碌，无论是新社区还是老社区都面临着缺乏与其他人交往的热情的问题。由此产生疑问，伴随社会转型进程的加快以及社会分层的细化，传统的邻里关系是继续维持还是出现新的局面，邻里关系是否会变得疏远甚至出现不和谐的情况，由此针对新老社区的邻里关系进行调查研究具有重要的现实意义和实践价值。
