[摘 要] 性教育是青少年全面发展的重要方面，在多年的理论与实践的积淀下，同伴教育方法成为备加推崇的方式之一而广受讨论。南京市近7年的同伴教育项目从实践的角度充分体现了同伴教育方法的比较优势与特点，如合作机制的多维性、目标群体的主体性等。另外，同伴教育的理念与方法与社会工作的小组工作有着紧密联系，从某种程度上，同伴教育就是一种教育小组或成长小组。而在不断取得成绩的形势下，充分认识同伴教育方法的不足及不断开拓更多的性教育模式已然成为重要的课题，以促进性教育的长足发展。

[Abstract] Sex education is an important aspect of young people all-round development,the accumulation of years of theory and practice,peer education to become one of the prepared respected and widely discussed.Nearly seven years of peer education project in Nanjing from the practical point of view fully reflects the comparative advantages and characteristics of the peer education method,such as multi-dimensional nature of the cooperation mechanism,the subjectivity of the target group.In addition,the concepts and methods of peer education and group work has a close contact,to some extent,peer education is an educational group or growth group.In the situation of constant achievements,fully aware of the lack of peer education methods and continue to open up more sex education has become an important issue,in order to promote the rapid development of sex education.
