[摘 要] 将社会工作的团体工作方法引入到青少年儿童的托管，把团体工作方法与传统讲授式相比较，探索一种适用于青少年儿童托管的新的教学方式。一方面，可以改善传统的授课方式，为青少年儿童的全方位成长创造机会；另一方面，可以帮助团体社会工作方法进一步普及发展，进而推动整个社会工作的不断发展。实践证明这一教学方式既适合青少年儿童的年龄阶段，又较传统的授课方式更有利于青少年儿童能力的提升。

[Abstract] The aim is to explore a new teaching way which applies to young children care, by introducing the group work methods of social work to young children care and comparing with the group work method and the traditional instruction. On one hand, it can improve the traditional teaching methods and create opportunities for all-around growth of children and adolescent; on the other hand, it can popularize and develop the methods of group social work which can also promote the continuous development of the whole society. Practice has proved that this teaching method is not only suitable for young children but also more beneficial to enhance the ability of young children by comparing with the traditional teaching method.

青少年社会工作是社会工作专业的一个重要方向，运用团体社会工作方法开展青少年的服务，也是社会工作的传统领域。但实际生活中，由于升学压力，学校很难提供专业社会工作的实习场所，而托管机构正好可以提供这样的有利于双方的机会，利用托管机构实现小组社会工作是一个不错的选择。
笔者曾经担任过托管机构的辅导老师，对于托管小孩的辅导和教育有一定的经验。在笔者参加托管所得辅导工作时，发现自己的专业中的三大方法之一的团体社会工作的方法可能会对于托管儿童的成长更加有效，
目前托管事业的不断发展，在前进过程中存在诸多问题，针对托管儿童的特性，笔者由此开始进行托管与团体社会工作的尝试结合，探寻托管方式的新变化。
