摘 要: 《舌尖上的中国》是2012年央视播出的一系列美食类纪录片,一经播出就引起了广泛关注。它为观众展示了中华美食从南到北、从古至今的发展演变,以及与美食有关的各种风土人情。俗话说,一方水土养一方人。没有大自然的馈赠,何来我们今日餐桌上的佳肴,和与美食相关的那些民俗文化?其实说它是美食类纪录片有些肤浅,因为它是在透过美食来讨论文化。本文通过对《舌尖上的中国》的分析,展现美食由自然走向餐桌的过程中自然与人类的相互影响。

Abstract:A Bite of China is 2012, CCTV broadcast a series of culinary classes, documentary film, once broadcast, has aroused widespread concern. It showed to the audience of Chinese food from North to South, from the evolution of the ancient, as well as with the various customs related to food. As they say, side water side of people. No gift of nature, where we dish on the table today, and those associated with food heritage? say it's a gourmet type of documentary film, somewhat superficial, because it is through the cuisine to discuss culture. Through analysis of the tongue on China, showing food from nature to the dining table in the course of nature and human interaction.
