摘要:就业是民生之本,高校毕业生就业更是人生的重要转折。其中,女大学生就业难问题更成为一个不可忽视的问题。女大学生在求职过程中受挫是多方面因素综合作用的结果。本文尝试以马斯洛需求层次理论为依据,分析用人单位用人需求及高校女大学生自身就业的需求二者间存在的不对称,以此分析二者耦合的可能性与路径。一方面帮助女大学生端正自身需要,调整心态,减少阻碍,以实现更好的就业;另一方面,也力图促使组织审视自身用人需求中可能存在着的误区。以期实现女大学生就业与社会组织用人之间的双赢。

Abstract:Employment is vital to people's livelihood, the employment of university graduates is important turning point in life.Among them, the female university students' employment problem more become a can not be ignored.Female college students in the process of job search a setback is the result of multiple factors combination.This paper tries to based on maslow's hierarchy of needs, analysis of unit of choose and employ persons demand and employment of female college students in colleges and universities demand of choose and employ persons the existence of asymmetry between them, and to analyze the possibility of the two coupling with the path.On the one hand to help female college students correct their needs, adjust the mentality, reduce barriers, to achieve better employment;On the other hand, it tries to force organization re-examine their demand of choose and employ persons may exist in the erroneous zone.In order to achieve the win-win between female college students' employment and social organization of choose and employ persons.
