摘要：在“史上更难就业年”到来之际，大学毕业生面临的就业形势更加严峻。影响大学毕业生成功就业的因素有多种，但是相当于求职者递交给用人单位名片的求职简历存在的问题，无疑也将会极大地影响求职成功率。大学毕业生必须高度重视求职简历的制作，通过制作一份精良的求职简历提高求职的成功率。

Abstract:In this "history on the more difficult employment years".The situation of graduates facing are more severe .There are a lot of factors affect the job success rate.But last not least,the resume like a business card which has some problems would has a bad effects on the job success rate.Graduates must have great importance to resume production and improve the success rate of a job well by making a great resume.
