摘要:改革开放以来，我国进入城市化高速发展时期，随着城市化进程加快，城市规模不断扩大，为了适应城市发展的需要，各地纷纷兴建新的行政中心。但作为经济发展较慢的云南省，经济社会及城市建设发展都相对滞后，许多城市为了支持新的城市发展战略，纷纷将城市行政中心迁至城郊或者是更能推动经济发展的县市，并多数达到了预期效果。本文主要以XX州行政中心搬迁为对象来揭露行政中心搬迁的主要原因、对个旧和蒙自城市发展的贡献和意义以及反思。

ABSTRACT:Since the reform and opening-door policy, China’s urbanization developed rapidly. With the accelerating process of urbanization and expanding scale of cities, in order to adapt to the needs of the cities’ development, many governments build their new administrative center gradually. But Yunnan province as its social economy and urban construction developed slow relatively, many cities moved their administrative centers to suburban or other cities which can promote economy development further in order to support the new development strategies of cities.. And it made great achievements. This study is trying to analyze the main reasons that why Honghe administrative center moved. And it will study its significance and reflection for development of Gejiu and Mengzi.

XX州行政中心搬迁总体来看对XX州经济的发展起到了巨大的作用，让原本贫穷的蒙自县短短几年时间就发展成为了蒙自市，并且现在还在欣欣向荣的继续发展着，但是我们也应该看到XX州行政中心搬迁至蒙自后对蒙自居民日常生活带来的影响、房价以及新行政中心占地面积比较大的问题进行反思。因此，我们应该看到XX州行政中心的搬迁给个旧、蒙自城市和经济带来的巨大发展机遇和意义，同时也要看到给蒙自城市发展带来的不利因素并能够合理的解决。
