摘要:课外阅读对学生语文素养的提高和小学生的全面发展有着重要作用。特别是随着新课程改革的不断推进，小学生课外阅读的重要性日益凸显。随着信息技术的发展，互联网等新媒介的普及率不断提高，新媒介对小学生的课外阅读也产生了一定的影响。新媒介的开放性和丰富性等特点一方面为小学生的课外阅读提供了便捷和丰富的资源，另一方面也带来了一些弊端。
本研究从新媒介在小学生课外阅读中的使用情况、新媒介影响下小学生课外阅读的兴趣、课外阅读的内容、课外阅读的习惯、课外阅读的指导和反馈这六个方面对新媒介影响下小学生课外阅读的现状进行调查，并从社会、学校和家庭、学生、新媒介等方面进行了分析。在调查分析的基础上提出了建议，即:发挥社会、家庭和学校的功能为小学生创设良好的课外阅读条件；充分利用新媒介的优势，激发小学生课外阅读兴趣、合理利用新媒介，加强对课外阅读内容的指导。理性运用新媒介，加强对课外阅读习惯的指导等方式加强对小学生课外阅读的指导；注重对课外阅读效果的展示和评价，鼓励学生积极主动地记录自己的阅读成长过程并开展多种活动展示和评价学生课外阅读效果。

阅读能够使人积累丰富的知识，也能够陶冶人的情操。对于正处于长智力、长知识阶段的小学生，阅读显得尤为重要。阅读是小学生获取知识最基本的途径，但是仅仅依靠课堂教学是远远不够的。课外阅读作为课堂教学的补充与延伸能够帮助学生开拓眼界，增长知识，促进学生全面发展。综上所述，我国教育工作者对小学生的课外阅读现状做了细致深入的研究，但从新媒介的视角下对小学生的课外阅读现状的调查研究还不多。然而当今社会是信息技术飞速发展的时代，随着信息技术的发展而产生的新媒介正在影响着小学生学习与生活的方方面面。小学生的课外阅读已经不局限于纸质文本阅读，新媒介阅读正在渗透进小学生课外阅读，因此对新媒介影响下小学生课外阅读的现状进行调查与研究是很有意义的。
