【摘要】本研究旨在探讨小学教育中的奖励问题，关注小学教育中的奖品、教师与学生对奖励行为的看法以及对奖品的认识。通过对奖品价值及奖励内部机制的分析，探讨奖品是否能实现教师所期望的教育目标以及如何才能实现教育目标；发挥奖励的教育价值，使外在的奖品变成学生内在的奖励需要哪些条件？本研究是理论研究，通过对奖励本身、奖励效用机制的研究，深入到自我认同、奖品的价值、奖励的教育价值以及奖励风险存在的原因。

【Abstract】This study was to explore incentive problems in primary education, paying attention to prize in the primary school education,and focusing on the teachers’ and students’ perceptions of reward and award. Through the analysis of the prize value and the internal mechanism of reward, this paper discusses can the prize achieve expected education of teachers and how to achieve education targets, play a role of education value of the reward, make external prize into intrinsic rewards of the student. This research is a theory research, through the study of the reward itself, its function mechanism, go deep into the identity, the value of the prizes, awards education value and the risk of reward.

问题的提出
在现实生活中，我们经常会看到奖励的行为，尤其是在小学校园中，在跟小学生的交往过程中。例如：对行为表现良好的奖一颗“爱心”、作业全对且字迹清楚的在作业本上打上五角星、对有礼貌的的小孩授予“好孩子”的称号、给上课认真听讲、成绩优异的学生参加某个活动的机会、考到100分爸妈就奖励100元或是周末去公园玩······奖励在教育中被频繁地使用着，是教育中常用的手段或方法。
同样，我们也会见到这样的现象：学生帮老师打扫办公室，就会得到一些本子；在竞选中，如果你选某个同学他就会给你一支笔；告诉别人某题得答案就会得到1元钱······很明显，这样的奖励就不是教育，它并没有教育的意义，没起到教育的作用。
我们在教育中不可避免的会使用到奖励，同时学生也喜欢被奖励。但是，如前所述，不是每一个奖励都会有教育的意义，因此，探讨如何使奖励具有教育性、在教育中该如何使用奖励，是值得我们研究的问题。
