摘要:随着社会经济的发展，人们观念的更新，当今社会离婚率不断上升，导致单亲家庭日益增多。本研究旨在了解教师对单亲幼儿的态度及教育对策，探索更有利于单亲幼儿成长的教育模式。研究者对一百名在职幼儿教师进行问卷调查并对个别教师进行访谈。结果表明：在态度方面，单亲幼儿受到教师的普遍关注，但教师对单亲幼儿有问题的偏见依然存在。同时部分教师开始更加全面，更加辩证地看待单亲家庭对幼儿的影响。在对策方面，教师普遍对单亲幼儿的教育对策有自己的思考和关注，但教育措施相对单一，教师对相关教育支持的知识储备不足，参与意识与培训意识有待加强。同时我们也意识到当今社会缺乏单亲幼儿教育的相关研究和培训。

Abstract:Along with the economical and society’s development，people idea renewal， the single-parent family to increase day by day．This article’s aim is to have deeper understanding the attitude and the education solution of teachers toward the single-parent child, to explore better education modes for the single-parent child. The researcher made poll among 100 teachers who are now in the position and it shows that on the one hand, teachers pay more attention on the single-parent child generally and have realized the specialty of the education of single-parent children, however, the bias toward the children still exists, on the other hand, teachers are generally giving more love to make up for the love loss of the single-parent children, mostly during the collectivity activities and their lives. Meanwhile, we also realized that teachers are lack of the professional training and relative researches on the education of single-parent children and the solution was so single minded.

本论文关注教师对单亲幼儿的态度及教育对策，从理论研究意义上看，由于在关于单亲幼儿的诸多研究中缺乏专门针对教师对单亲幼儿的研究，因此本研究选择了教师这一切入点，关注教师对单亲幼儿的态度并且总结教师教育对策的现状，进而提出教育建议，试图弥补上述研究不足。从实践的意义上看，试图帮助教师反思对待单亲幼儿的态度，形成适宜的教育意识，营造有利于单亲幼儿健康成长的教育氛围，并通过运用适宜的教育策略，防止单亲幼儿在心理和行为上的不良倾向，让单亲幼儿的身心得到健康地发展。从这个角度上看，其意义不仅惠及单亲家庭的幼儿，而且有利于幼儿教育的发展，更有利于促进教育公平，构建社会主义和谐社会。
