[摘要]本研究主要采用问卷法及访谈法，对教师在职业目标、职业情感、职业投入、胜任情况、持续承诺、人际支持六个维度进行研究，探讨了影响幼儿园教师职业认同的主要因素。研究结果表明：幼儿园的性质、教师的教龄和学历影响着教师的职业认同。本研究旨在帮助幼儿园新教师更好的认识自己的工作，以期给高校人才培养提供一些参考性的建议，同时也给幼儿园的管理工作提供一些思路。

The professional identity with a view to assisting the new kindergarten teachers have a correct view with their works and to a number of colleges and universities to provide training reference to proposals, but also to the management of the kindergarten to provide some ideas.

问题的提出
一直以来人们把教师称作“人类灵魂的工程师”、“辛勤的园丁”、“蜡烛”······。由此可见教师对儿童的影响是很大的。幼儿教师是除了幼儿父母之外另一个重要的人。幼儿教师是幼儿教育的实施者，更加是幼儿教育实施成功的关键。
幼儿教师的职业认同是幼儿教师发展的前提，在以往的研究中,幼儿教师对职业的认同感越是强烈，他们越是以主动、积极的心态投入到工作中，化解工作中产生的矛盾和压力。职业认同是教师专业发展的动力，教师对职业认同程度越高，就更加投身于本专业的研究学习。
由此看来职业认同对幼儿教师的专业成长有着重要的意义。那么影响教师的职业认同的影响因素有哪些呢？具体的是从哪些方面影响的呢？
