摘要:本研究选取溧阳市的一所公办幼儿园，随机抽取大中各一个班，采用现场观察法、统计法和案例分析法，将大、中班幼儿的八种同伴冲突的解决策略分进行归纳分析，总结出幼儿的同伴冲突大多发生在生活活动中；中、大班的幼儿冲突行为多发生在同性别之间；告状求助策略在各班的使用频率最高；不同性别的幼儿同伴冲突解决策略的使用不存在显著差异；身体攻击策略在不同年龄班之间存在差异，其他七中策略不存在显著差异。

课题的提出
在幼儿园实习的过程中，我们经常看到幼儿之间发生冲突，他们之间的冲突和成人间的冲突时一样的吗?他们又如何面对这些冲突呢？这些冲突过后对他们有何影响？同伴交往是幼儿必须面对的，一旦发生冲突由老师包办处理，对儿童的交往是不利的。冲突解决技能作为非常重要的社会技能，会直接影响到同伴关系的质量和适应状况。因此研究幼儿同伴冲突解决策略是非常必要的，可以帮助幼儿教师能够正确地看待幼儿之间的冲突，而且能为教师如何处理孩子间的冲突提供新的视角。
同伴冲突解决策略是冲突问题的核心，它主宰者整个冲突的进程，有效的冲突解决是幼儿社会能力的重要组成部分，幼儿使用冲突解决策略的能力是其社会性发展的关键问题。
