[摘要] 幼儿园和家庭作为幼儿教育和生活的两个最重要环境，两者的配合对幼儿的成长具有重要意义。该研究主要通过对南京市某幼儿园家长的问卷调查，结合访谈法，逐步分析关于该幼儿园关于家园合作方面的现状及可能存在的问题，以及根据调查结果：幼儿园家园合作的具体方式多样，但很多合作方式又多流于形式;家长不能客观的看待孩子的不足、反馈形式不及时等，提出以下建议:1、多种活动形式发展家园合作2、加强沟通策略，增强家园合作意识

[Abstract] Kindergarten and family as early childhood education and life in the two most important environment, the two meet on young children's development has important significance. 研究缘起
一所幼儿园能在发展中的今天立于不败之地，能健康、稳定、可持续性地发展，必须清晰看清当前的现状，透彻地分析幼儿园存在的优势和缺点及不足，辨明潜在的发展机会及潜在威胁，才能全面地认识自我，考虑周全，因园而异，找寻适合本园发展的前途。在本研究中，笔者着重就如何在家园合作方面进行一些讨论。
在之前的实习经历中发现，幼儿园家园合作工作中存在一些问题。很多家长对幼儿园的参与配合停留在“形式上参与”这一表面水平上，例如，家长会家长只向教师了解幼儿在园表现等。幼儿园的家长工作像是向家长汇报情况，交流比较单向。所以希望通过对这一问题的研究能够获得有效的解决办法。
