摘要:向成人告状是幼儿经常出现的一种社会行为。但频繁的告状行为背后可能反映出幼儿社会性发展过程中的某些问题。本研究基于此种假设，采用事件观察法和教师访谈法，对所在实习班级幼儿进行为期两周的前期研究，确定了一个典型的“爱告状”幼儿作为研究对象，并借鉴已有相关研究，整理并分析了个案幼儿的告状行为的特点。在此基础上，通过全面了解该幼儿在家在园的基本情况，分析了影响个案幼儿告状行为的相关因素。研究表明：该幼儿个人自身因素、家庭教养方式，幼儿教师对幼儿的态度、关注度，以及与幼儿之间的互动，家园沟通质量都潜移默化的影响着其告状行为。笔者基于以上研究结论对该个案幼儿进行了相关的行为矫正，取得了显著的效果。

【Abstract】In kindergarten, the children's heads is a common phenomenon. In the study, the related research methods to children in practice class for two weeks of previous studies, set a typical "complains" children as the research object, by interviews and observation, record full understanding of this young children at home in the garden, the basic situation of analysis on the behavior of the unbelievers case children related factors, and the case for children to make the proper behavior modification. This research shows that: the children's individual factors, family upbringing, preschool teachers of children's attitudes, attention, and with children of the interaction between, home communication quality exerts a subtle influence on the heads the behavior.

告状是幼儿在成长中一种非常普遍的而又令人犯难的行为。在幼儿园中，幼儿告状是一种常见现象。这种行为，能让教师在无暇顾及各个幼儿时，了解到一些幼儿的情况，但同时也让教师在处理上头疼，笔者在实习期间与教师的交流访谈中了解到个别教师甚至对幼儿的告状行为感到厌烦。幼儿作为一个特殊的人类个体，他们的告状行为有很多不同于成人的地方。不同年龄段的幼儿在告状时会采用不同的策略，同一年龄段的幼儿也会根据不同的情境采用多样化的告状策略。那么幼儿为什么要告状？教师要如何对待幼儿的告状行为？
