【摘要】 本文是针对教师在中班幼儿创造性游戏中语言指导行为进行的研究,采用了质的研究方法,以相关数据的呈现为主并辅之以具体说明。从教师语言指导的语言形式、教师介入主题、指导行为发起者和不同教师语言指导差异性等几个方面考察教师在幼儿创造性游戏中的指导现状并进行分析讨论。同时在对教师使用语言指导的行为事件进行观察的过程中,发现幼儿园一线教师在具体的语言指导方式上存在着一些值得商榷的地方,甚至是一些与幼儿教育相悖的现象,为此进行了相应的思考。希望通过此项研究为准教师们提供一些帮助和启示。

问题的提出
长期以来,对教师语言的研究主要集中在中小学课堂,虽然有少量有关幼儿园教师教学语言的研究,也大多局限在教师日常口语方面,侧重经验型的描述和特点、影响的概述。针对幼儿游戏指导中语言运用的研究屈指可数,因此本研究旨在前人研究的基础上,针对现阶段幼儿教师语言指导的现状及存在问题做出较为具体的比较分析,力求发现问题,并能针对其中出现的相关问题提出实践层面上的相关解决策略。
