摘 要:教师专业化是时代对教师的要求,幼儿教师是基础教育的奠基者,幼儿教师的专业化水平直接影响着幼儿教育的质量。促进幼儿教师专业化成长,是关系到幼儿园、幼儿教师个人,乃至整个幼儿教育事业发展的一件大事,是新世纪全社会对幼儿教育界的强烈呼唤。本文以华星幼儿园一名男教师为例,采用个案研究的方式来研究幼儿园男性教师专业化发展情况,研究内容主要包括他的职前关注期、入职适应期、能力建立期三个阶段的专业理念与师德、专业知识、专业能力的发展程度。以《幼儿园教师专业标准(实行)》为依据来分析蔡老师在各个时期专业化发展中存在的问题,并针对发展中存在的问题,为他提供发展建议。希望通过本次的研究,能够为男教师在幼儿园的专业化发展方向及在幼儿园中的角色定位提供参考。

Abstract:Teacher specialization is the demand to teacher's time and the founder of preschool teachers is the foundation education of preschool teachers' professional level directly affects the quality of early childhood education. To the kindergarten teachers' professional standards (implementation) "as the basis to analysis CAI problems that exist in the teacher professional development at different stages, and in view of the problems existing in the development, provide Suggestions for the development of his. Hope that through this research, to male teachers in professional development of kindergarten direction and provide reference role in the kindergarten.
