摘要:随着经济的全球化、知识经济时代和信息时代的到来,市场更加成熟、竞争更加激烈。如何全面提高公司业绩,提高企业核心竞争力,已经成为越来越多的国内外企业研究的重要课题。作为人力资源系统核心的绩效管理已经成为企业取得竞争优势的重要工具之一,建立起科学有效的绩效评价体系是企业成功的关键。民营企业由于其自身的特点,在绩效管理中存在着各种问题,主要是:对绩效管理的认识不足,存在误区;绩效考核标准和指标体系设计不科学;绩效管理缺乏有效沟通;绩效管理与战略目标脱节,不能帮助员工达到企业战略目标等等。运用平衡计分卡来进行绩效管理可以有效地解决这些问题。平衡计分卡重视绩效管理和企业战略之间的联系,实现了财务指标与非财务指标之间的结合,可实现动因与结果的平衡。基于这些优势平衡计分卡可以帮助民营企业建立起建立科学有效的KPI体系和绩效评价体系,从而改善民营企业的绩效管理状况,最终提高民营企业的市场竞争力,为企业带来长远发展。

Abstract:With the globalization of economy, knowledge economy era and the advent of the information age, the market is becoming more mature, more competitive. How to improve the company's performance and enterprise's core competitive ability has become the important topic which more and more many domestic and foreign enterprises studied. As the core of the system of human resources, performance management has become an important tool for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Establishing a scientific and effective performance evaluation system is the key to business success. As a result of its own characteristic, the private enterprise has each kind of problem in performance management. Most notably: Lack of understanding of performance management, there is a misunderstanding; performance evaluation criteria and index system design is not scientific; lack of effective communication in performance management;divorced from performance management and strategic objectives cannot help employees achieve strategic goals, and so on. Use of balanced score card in performance management can effectively address these issues. Balanced scorecard attention to links between performance management and business strategy, achieving a combination between financial and non-financial indicators , balance of achieving motivation and results. Based on these advantages of the Balanced Scorecard can help private enterprises to establish a scientific and effective system KPI and performance evaluation system to improve the status of private enterprise performance management, and ultimately improve the market competitiveness of private enterprises to bring long-term development for the enterprise.
