摘要：如今，在农产品国际贸易中，非关税壁垒已经取代关税壁垒成为贸易保护的重要手段，其中，技术壁垒占据主导地位。近年来，江苏省农产品的出口遭遇国外技术壁垒的冲击时常发生，损失较大。因此，深入分析江苏省农产品屡遭国外技术性贸易壁垒冲击的原因、由此产生的影响，并提出解决此问题的措施，是具有重要意义的。本文阐述了江苏省农产品出口发展的现状，分析了农产品出口领域存在的主要问题，寻求制约江苏农产品出口的主要因素，在此基础上，结合江苏省的实际情况，提出了一系列提高江苏省农产品出口的对策和建议。

Abstract:Today, international trade in agricultural products, non-tariff barriers as tariff barriers have been replaced by an important means of trade protection, in which technical barriers to dominate. In recent years, exports of agricultural products in Jiangsu Province suffered the impact of foreign technical barriers frequently occur, and losses. Therefore, the in-depth analysis of agricultural products in Jiangsu Province have been repeatedly because the impact of foreign technical trade barriers, the resulting impact, and propose measures to solve this problem is of great significance.
