【摘要】城市社区旅游是将城市社区建设与城市旅游开发结合在一起的一种旅游新产品。本文将通过对社区旅游的一般性研究以及南京熙南里历史街区实证案例分析，剖析城市社区旅游在开发过程中的问题并给出相关对策建议，在对居民感知和态度的调查研究之上结合地区特色，构建符合南京熙南里社区发展理念的开发模式和建议。

【Abstract】The urban community tourism is a new tourism product which the urban community construction combined with the urban tourism development. Through the community tourism general research and the empirical research of Xinanli historical block, this paper analyzes problems with the development of the urban community tourism and gives suggestions . In the investigation of the perception and attitudes on the local characteristics combined, structuring the mode and suggestions which accords with development concept of the Xinanli community.
