摘要：在全面深化改革，推进城镇化健康发展，农村商业银行以其特殊的服务对象，主要以满足“三农”需要为经营准则，同时兼顾城乡经济协调发展为目标，对“三农”发展中出现的问题做出了很大的贡献，在经济形势愈加复杂多变情况下，农商行就如何更好的利用自身的优势，在坚持不断为“农民、农村、农业”服务，加快发展农村经济事业，推动农民创造美好生活时，不失时机的发展拓宽自己进行探讨。文中首先对农村商业银行现状进行了解，以上杭农村商业银行为例，通过研究上杭农村商业银行的特色业务，分析其对当地农村经济发展的促进作用，其中农商行所扮演的角色，并从中寻找不足之处、当前面临的主要矛盾等。最后根据其面临的主要矛盾，从机制体制、企业文化等方面提出一些建议性的措施。
