摘要：随着网络的普及，信息技术正深刻改变人类的生产和生活方式，现在的社会是信息化的社会。在全球化经济一体化的深化以及演绎中，中国自1999下半年开展电子商务。电子商务作为一种新型的贸易方式正在迅速改变着社会经济活动的传统交易方式以及流通技术。它改变了人们的生活方式以及思想观念，改变了贸易的形态，极大地促进了全球经济贸易的快速发展。对于规模小，员工少，资金相对薄弱的中小企业而言，电子商务未他们提供了一个新的发展锲机。给了他们许多新的机遇以及挑战，帮助中小企业解决了许多困难和问题。

Abstract：With the popularity of the network, information technology is profoundly changing human production and way of life, now society is the information society. In the global economic integration deepens and deduction, China since the second half of 1999 to develop the electronic commerce. Electronic commerce as a new way of trade is rapidly changing social and economic activities in the traditional trading mode and the circulation technology. It has changed people's life style and the ideas, changing trade patterns, which greatly promoted the rapid development of global economy and trade. For small size, less staff, capital is relatively weak in the small and medium-sized enterprises, electronic commerce provides them with a new development chance. Give them a lot of new opportunities and challenges, to help SMEs to solve many difficulties and problems.

目前80,90后正在形成新的消费主力，网上购物对于他们来说不是再是什么新奇的事情，网上购物在这群体里形成了一股时尚快捷的消费潮流，网上购物电子商务已经成为了他们生活中不可缺少的一部分，电子商务为传统企业开辟了一条前景可观可持续发展的道路，电子商务在一定的程度上节省了空间资源以及成本的损耗，提高的企业的利润空间。开展电子商务已经是有远见的中小企业的必选之路。所以本论文以以上为出发点，开展课题研究与延生，为威威鞋厂讨论研究了电子商务的网站建站方案。
