摘要：天津滨海新区和上海浦东新区是我国两个著名港口城市的新区，具有优越的地理位置和良好的经济环境。浦东新区比滨海新区开发早，在国家政策上更加具有优势，而在2010年天津滨海新区GDP首次超越上海浦东新区，在2011年和2012年天津滨海新区的GDP更是不断地高速增长。天津滨海新区GDP增长如此快速，甚至超越了上海浦东新区的原因究竟在于何？作为国家大力发展的新区，处于沿海港口，滨海新区的快速发展是否与该区的出口贸易有着联系？而同样处于优越地理位置的浦东新区落后的原因是否在于两区的出口贸易存在差异？
本文以滨海新区和浦东新区为研究对象，就其各自的经济发展的背景、模式、现状和出口贸易情况进行比较分析，重点分析两区出口贸易状况，研究两区之间出口贸易的区别、各自存在的优势、问题以及所产生的经济影响，提出促进天津滨海新区与上海浦东新区进出口贸易持续增长的对策。

Abstract：Shanghai Pudong New Area and Tianjin Binhai New Area are districts of two famous port cities in China, both of them have a superior geographical position and good economic environment. Pudong New Area was founded earlier than Binhai New Area,it has more advantage on the national policy , but in 2010,GDP of Tianjin Binhai New Area has first surpassed GDP of Shanghai Pudong New Area, and it grew rapidly in 2011 and 2012.Why does GDP of Tianjin Binhai New Area grow so quickly and even surpassed Shanghai Pudong New Area?As country’s very important new district, in the coastal ports, is the development of the Binhai New Area linked to the export trade?And in the same good location,is it because of the different export trade that Pudong New Area is behind Binhai New Area?
This paper will take Binhai New Area and Pudong New Area as the research object, compare the economic development background, economic development mode, economic status between Shanghai Pudong New Area and Tianjin Binhai New Area .According to the status, scale and characteristics of Binhai New Area economy, compared with the condition of Pudong New Area, focusing on the analysis of two export trade mode and influence factors, research and trade patterns of the differences between two districts. And put forward suggestions and countermeasures for import and export trade to promote the development Shanghai Pudong New Area and Tianjin Binhai New Area.

本文以滨海新区和浦东新区为研究对象，查阅参考文献和收集数据，结合自己所学的知识对比分析滨海新区和浦东新区的出口贸易状况。本文的主要内容有五个方面：一是对相关的出口贸易理论进行阐述，主要介绍古典派的绝对优势理论和国家竞争优势理论；二是研究分析出口贸易与经济发展的关系，特别的介绍了发展出口贸易可以使一国实现资源优化配置，在经济增长的过程中不断提高劳动生产率并且迫使国内企业不断改进生产技术和设备，从而推动一国生产力水平的全面提高。三是将两区国内生产总值，三大产业总值进行对比，分析两区的经济发展模式和现状。四是将两区出口贸易总值进行对比，并联系两区的贸易基本情况和出口贸易现状对两区的出口贸易模式进行分析。五是揭示两区出口贸易中存在的问题并提出解决对策。
